Message from the Associate Vice President for Research
Research at Mississippi State University is cross-cutting, conducted in our departments, colleges, centers and institutes. As we build on our research strengths, we are expanding and developing new areas important to the growth of Mississippi and the nation. The Office of Research supports the development and enhancement of the research and scholarly activities of our faculty and students by assisting them in identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant applications, and developing and managing research activities.
